Light up!

When you pass by, you won’t be unnoticed, when you go through, you won’t be indifferent! As you look up, time will stop and take you to another dimension. Find the light guide and stop for a moment, don’t hurry. Be sure - your way will be illuminated.

Lighthouses had served travellers for centuries and as well are the symbol of security, stability, and reliability when traveling in unknown waters of personal, professional, financial or spiritual experiences. Therefore in celebration of Eversheds Sutherland Bitans Law Office 20th anniversary, a lighthouse was chosen as a symbol of accomplishment.

This interactive art installation is made of perforated metal, that gives volume and at the same time transparent effect when interacting and blending with the surrounding environment. The Lighthouse is of sea green-blue color and it's construction diagonals with a built-in Individually addressable LED light makes the installation more dynamic.

Inside the Lighthouse there is an integrated kaleidoscope that consists of 6 angled mirrors with a screen in the middle. Video and sound effects bring visitors to a completely new experience, that gives a feeling of space, time and infinity, where you can lose and find yourself at the same time.

The main interactivity is the light sphere on the top of the construction, which is created as a stylized Fresnel lens. It is made layered with built-in LED lights, rotating and tilting mechanism, bright spotlight, and integrated FLIR (forward-looking infrared) camera. In basic mode, the light element rotates around its axis, while in active mode the FLIR camera detects and the spotlight illuminates a warm body in the nearest surrounding.
